Reviews were great so I purchased. Set up was easy. Backups occurred as scheduled. All was great until my computer actually crashed. I was so happy that I had my back-ups!

Oh, wait. I do not. Upon attempting to recover from a new computer, I immediately run into problems. The software is telling me there is no back-up data to be found. So even though I can see via explorer that I have all of the folders for all of the different times I did back-ups I cannot recover the data.

Customer service agent said I should have used an additional back-up source to back up my back-up basically letting me know it is my fault for trusting the product to do what it is supposed to do and I can take it to a service company to see if they can recover my data but there was absolutely nothing she can do for me. And do not bother with email support; you will got get a response.
